The AIR training phase is focused on improving your overall movement capabilities. This is done through increasing your mobility and flexibility while teaching you to become more body aware. This is an important foundational phase that will set the stage for progress with any training goal and is essential for the other elemental training programs. We encourage you to start here!

If you're worried you won't know how to do some of the exercises, no problem! These programs are easy to follow and every exercise has a link to a FLIP YouTube demonstration video so you always know you're doing the exercise correctly and safely!
